Week 1-14 500mg Test E (2 - 250mg shots)
Week 1-12 400mg Deca (2 - 200mg shots)
Week 1-4 25mg Dbol (ed)
Week 14-16 250iu HCG (ed)
Week 17-18 40mg Nolva (ed) (Then 20mgs ed till everything feels normal again)

Reasons:
Read to run the Deca at least 12 weeks
Read to run the Test 2 weeks longer than the Deca
Read to start the HCG on last week of cycle and smaller dosages ed better than larger ones eod
Read to wait 2 weeks after last Test shot to start the Nolva

Start the hcg at 500iu split in 2 250iu shots per week. Start about a week into your cycle and end it 2weeks after your last shot. After that, use nolva at 40mg for 2weeks then 20mg for 2weeks and maybe 10mg for another 5days.

i was going to say the same, dont use hcg each day

If this is still one of yuor first 4-5 cycles, the doses are way too high, and the cycle too long.

It would be helpful to know how many cycles youy've done, how long you've trained, and what kinds of gains you've made in the time yuo've trained.
