3rd Test Cycle - PCT and blood test Q

I'm on my 5th and last week of PCT after an 8 week 250mg/week Test cycle + first four weeks 15 mg/D-bol. I am currently down to only running 20 mgs of Tamoxifen. I have blood tests scheduled in about 10 days. My question is, I have about a pin-sized pimple of what I believe might be gyno in my right nipple. It is extremely small, but if I squeeze in the right place, I can feel it is there. It is slightly sore when I squeeze it. Maybe a 1 on a scale of 1-10. I have Letro on hand, but do not want to use it so close to my blood tests. Can I continue to take the Nolvadex until after my blood tests and then jump on some low dose Letro and try to completely eliminate the gyno if I so choose? I'm using Milk Thistle 1g, NAC 1.2 g, and ALA 600 mg's for liver protection. Knowing this, will the use of even tamoxifen elevate my liver enzymes, or will the 3 above liver protectors be sufficient to counteract the toxicity of 20 mgs/ tamoxifen?
