Test E & Clen

Doing 1st cycle of 500 Test E per week for 12 weeks. I have Nolv & Clomid for PCT. Could I use Clen now along with the test to speed up BF reduction for summer?

My diet, training, and rest is good however as a single parent with three kids my cardio isn't where I would like. All replys appreciated.

You can lean out on test only. No haed fast rules say you have to do cardio to lose BF. However cardio is an important health factor in all this. it will help lower BP and keep your heart and lungs in god order. Clen can be run with this but, since you are not doing cardio I would tighten up the diet first. Try to lose some BF through training and nutrition. I would suggest to try and find a way to do some cardio. How old are your kids?? Have them come for walks with you if they are old enough. Include some fun play time activities that involve the kids. Let them run you around a bit. Basically be a kid!! Play. 3 of em should wear you out sufficiently to burn some cals.

Tried Clen in the AM for two days Monday & Tuesday (1 tab - 40 mcg). God, it knock my -d- in the dirt! Total lethargic and out of it all day yesterday.

Was thinking of doing just two days on and two days off as I understand your body gets used to it however I think I will switch to taking it before bed.

I WOULD DO 2 WEEKS ON AND 2 WEEKS OFF, UPPING YOUR DOSE 20MCG EVERY 2-3 DAYS UNTIL YOU GET TO 100-120MCG THAN LEVEL OUT THERE FOR A FEW DAYS THAN COME BACK DOWN... YOUR BODY ONLY GETS USED TO IT AFTER A FEW WEEKS OF USE, IF YOU USE IT TOO LONG YOUR LOSE/LOWER YOUR TAURINE LEVELS..I WOULD DEF RECOMMEND SOME CARDIO WHILE USING CLEN. IT WORKS GREAT BUT ONLY IF YOUR DIET AND ROUTINE IS IN CHECK. I ALSO DONT THINK TAKING IT BEFORE BED WOULD EVEN DO ANYTHING, BUT DONT QUOTE ME ON THAT. IMO.

I would lean out by controling your diet and cardio while on your first cycle and leave clen out of it, you could add clen during pct which in many cases as alot of benefits during this phase.

I would not recommend taking it before bed. Clen is a wonderful drug, but when Im using it there is no way that I could sleep if I had just taken a dose. I also dont think you'd get the same benefits as taking it earlier in the day.
