injection question

i know were supposed to wait 7 days after injecting each site so as to avoid scar tissue and what not,but say i jab my side delts on monday can i hit rear delts on wednesday? or is it all classed as the same , i mean would i have to still wait till the following monday? sorry about this and i hope it makes sense,lol, also how many of you guys wait the full 7 anyway ,a few guys i know dont even bother! but i try to be as safe as poss. thanks for any replys,richie.

I rarely shoot more than twice a week and I just rotate glutes and delts. Everything else gives me some sort of pain and I don't enjoy pain very much. I don't feel comfortable with more than 1.5cc per shot, be it delts or glutes.
But that's just me...

Ya you can do that. Just do not do side delts again for at least a week. Same goes for rears. As in any other BP. You have three distinct muscles in the delts so you can rotate front, sides and rears. Then move to glute and or thighs. Go to how to do injections on this board. It will show you all the sites possible.

Of course you can. That's pretty much how guys who run Test suspension or Tren go. You can learn to alternate around sites pretty good. An example would be something like

Monday, R. Glute
Tuesday. L Glute
Wed. R. Quad
Thurs. L Quad
Friday R. Delt
Sat. L. Delt
Sunday (hey pin cushion take a day off

)

Start over or if you do inject 7 days a week. Six days is plenty of time between shots. Using a 25 gauge will also help reduce scar tissue. Some people tell you that you need a 23.. I say BOLEX! I've been using 25's for years and I've never had any problems.

good info bro i just wonder how much oil can be put in rear.sides handle 2 1/2 no prob.
