Test enanthate every 5th day?

Are cycles consisting of 250mg of testosterone every 5th day still recommended for a first time user? I now see 500mg for a first cycle everywhere...

I'm trying to average it out a week to 375ish with amps so I was just curious

TE is a long ester. You can go every 7 days and would be fine. You would still be inside the esters half life and will build levels as you go through.
