Daily winny dosing

What is the correct daily dosing of 50 mg of winny in 10 mg tabs? Spread the 5 10 mg dosages evenly throughout the day, take 2 25 mg dosages twice a day, take 1 50 mg dosage once a day. I know with dbol, you are supposed to spread the dosages evenly throughout the day because of its 5-6 hour half life, but I cant seem to find the same info for winny. Thanks.

Nahhhh... Just take em all at once. Remember though that the digestive tract destroys roughly somewhere between 20-30% of the compound so you might want to adjust your oral dosage a bit.

This is the actual only advantage of the injectable over the oral. none of it has to pass through the digestive tract so 50mg actually equals 50 mgs.

Please keep in mind also that both are equally hepatoxic so remember your liver

Thanks for the response, does it matter when you take them, such as in the morning, before workout, before bed, or just whenever convenient.

nope, but I'd recommend trying to take them around the same time every day.
