pct help

im fixin to run test e 500 mg/wk and deca 400 mg/wk. what do i need to do about pct. i ran deca and dbol for 6 wks and 3 weeks after i shut down hard! its slowly coming back. all i took was clomid last time, any help?

how long are you running it for? you can take HCG throughout your cycle to help you not shut down as hard at the end.

Also make sure you time your pct correctly.

300mg clomid the first day, 100mg the next 10 days, 50mg the next 10 days after that. if you dont like clomid you can get away with nolva in a similar fashion 60/40/20.

After you finish pct see how you "feel" and if you want you can continue the clomid at 50mg ED for a bit longer if you feel its needed.

btw, not sure if you know this, but the pct start time for deca is 21 days after your last shot. for enth its 14 days after your last shot. so you can run the enth 1 week longer then the deca, then start your pct at the same time.

for instance.

weeks 1-10: 500mg test/wk
weeks 1-9: 400mg deca/wk

week 12: begin pct.
