First Cycle looking like...

Well my first cycle after some time spent researching all over the forums is shaping up to look like the following..

Wk 1-12 Test E 500mgs
Wk 1-4 D-Bol 30-40 mgs(maybe longer depends on how I react
Wk 1-12 Arimidex .25 mgs EOD

PCT
Wk 13-16 Aromasin 20 mgs ED
Wk 13-17 Nolva 40 mgs ED (40-40-30-20)

P.S. Been lifting for 4 yrs, 5' 11', 205lbs, bout 14-15% bf, 21 yrs old. Planning on starting this cycle in early September at the moment after cutting my bf another 2-3%. What do you guys think about it?

I wouldnt go longer than 4 weeks on the dbol though, its bad for your liver. and get some liver protection (alin has liv52) for the four weeks your on the dbol.

Your stats look good. Whats your diet like? On cycle you need to eat like a horse and drink water like a fish. 2+ g of protein per lb of bodyweight per day.

Also you may want to do fish oil 2000mg/ day, multi-vitamin, and I do grape seed extract as well.

Diet as of right now is 3500-4000 cals, 350-400 grams of protein, 200-300 grams of carbs, bout 100 grams of fat, divided into 6 or 7 meals. Only 1 meal is a protein shake and its postworkout 2 scoops.

You don't need more than 20mg/d of the d-bol.

Get Synthergine for the liver, fish oils, aspirin and niacin for your heart, proscar if you are prone to hair loss or prostate enlargement.

I think if your going to run more than 1 compound you might want to add a more anabolic than androgenic like Deca, Primo, or EQ. Your cycle length also works well for the compounds above.
Both Test and Dbol are strong androgen's.

Use synthergine for your liver protection. Like Big A recommended. The synthergine is the best around for your liver. Synthetek products and service are the best!

Thanks for all the info guys its great to get advice from those who have cycle history. What do you think about my PCT? This is my biggest concern abuot the cycle as I want to do it right.

Also DOGMA if i was to run Deca would say 300-400 mgs wk 1-10 go well with what i have so far?

300-400 deca would be plenty. I always like to run just more than 1/2 the amount of deca than of test, so if this was my cycle I'd go with 300mg.
