Hey guys, I am 20 years old, I want to do a cycle of Clen and T3, im currently 13% BF, 238 LBS, I want to drop some BF% and keep my muscle, I Will be keeping my protein intake very high 400 grams of protein a day.

What is a safe and correct dosing for this cycle, do i need PCT for this?

Here is the cycle I was planning on doing, Im just worried this might be to much for my first time, I dont want to mess up anything natural in my body when I finish the cycle. clen 60MCG and T3 50 MCG is high for the first day. Sounds like this is your first time using this so i would say start lower like 20MCG clen/25MCG T3.
Keep going up till you cant handle it.
Also if you are using T3 with no AAS it will eat up your muscle along with fat.
Just use Clen if you are not going to be on a cycle.

Agreed, but if you take enough protein 450-500 grams a day you will retain your muscle mass, don't worry about it...

Moreover, dow what da-sol said on the dosages...

I think if your diet is good and you with smart weight training and cardio you should be able to hit the 10% BF...
