advice on nolvadex a must

i have three weeks left if the boys dont get to small and i dont hold much water do i really need nolvadex and arimidex.I am on test 250 twice a week total well be 8 weeks you guys talked me down from 16 weeks.Sorry guys i know you dont not want to answer this AGAIN!

well i am doing 250 twice a week not once i think i am not the best to ask for advice ,second time on first time trying it wright .You know diet and all there is a lot i have learned, not just put neddle in or take a pill.that said i feel great look good the boys are still ok lol one thing i have seen. The hole time i was thinking about geting on, was more or less how much to do. I say do less why do you want to put on 25 pounds to loss 80% i plain on takin it slow, there is a lot of good pepole on here who can help better.But look around first a lot of answers are on this site in black and white

For a first cycle 500mgs of test/wk is fine. There is no need to jump on multiple compounds at high dosages. Why spend the extra money and take that much more shit when it is going to get you much better gains. Start small and work up if you have to. I see too many people thinking they have to do 5 compounds to get great gains. Most peoples first cycles get them around 20 pounds, give or take. The first thing that you need to realize is diet is the most important thing to gains in body building. Steroids ARE NOT a short cut. They are a supplement and should be used that way.

I was told never ever use arimidex during PCT because it supresses natty test. I was told always just use NOLVA 40 40 20 20 .. I can show where arimidex supresses natty test.. As much as clomid is outdated, i think that is the way to go , ever thought the sides effects of clomid SUCK..

If i need to explain further please let me know

Oh really? Show me where anastrazole is suppressive to testosterone levels. I'd like to see that study. Clomid??? over tamoxifen?

No! not Clomid over Nolva..

nolva over clomid or a combination of the two. If anything toss the clomid and use the nolva only.. ( specially on mild cycle)

Arimidex i have always been told, "never run it during pct".. I had the study saved on my computer and cant find it now. HERE IS A LINK TO AN AWSOME RECOVERY ARTICLE that suggest a-dex only be used during the cycle..

Show some REAL, as in medical, research.

Bodybuilding.com, "awesome" as it is, hardly qualifies. Anti-estrogens shouls, for most beused thorughout the cycle as androgens are constantly aromatizing to estrogens, and for all, shuold be used for many weeks post-cycle as the HPT axis normalizes. The longer the cycle and the higher the doses, the longer the anti-estrogens shuold be used.
