still good?

How long will a bottle of slin last once used?I have a half a bottle of log and it doesnt expire until 2008 But I have had it a long time.Is it still good??

Seems like I read somwhere they only last 30 days once the stopper has been poked.Or is this just something the companys put out as a precautionary thing?

i'm just speaking from personal experience here... but i usually take in 5 iu of slin every now and then and i get slightly hypo if i don't eat... i've had the bottle for 11 months now (since it was poked), and last week i took 7 iu out of it, and i went hypo bad even after eating lots of carbs. so, i guess you're good to go.

btw, i'm refering to humalin-r
