Do you think creatine ethyl ester HCL and the amino acid l-glutamine are worth using? I used creatine monohydrate a long long time ago when it first hit that market and felt like it made my muscles fuller, but that it all went away once you stopped using it. Seemed like it must have been water retention in the muscle. Never tried the l-glutamine.
Anyone out there swear by either of these supplements in their training? For many years Ive been turning to AAS and havent kept in mind that some supplements might actually work the way they claim to. Looking for things to optimize my efforts.
I know there are different forms of the creatine, is this creatine ethyl ester HCl better than the other forms?

CEE is worth trying... it's a nice supplement to use... even better is buffered creatine.
personally, i think L-glutamine is a waste of cash. BCAA's, on the other hand, aren't.

CEE blows monohydrate out of the water...much less water retention in comparison with twice the results. I use glutamine as well.

thanks for fast replies. Really helps to hear real world experiences rather than claims made by the seller!

Hold on guys. Is this true? I thought that good post workout nutrition included the following:

75g whey protein
100g dextrose carbs
creatine
glutamine

I mean, the exact numbers depend on goals and size. But I thought that creatine and glutamine were part of the mix. Not true?????
