looking for input.starting cycle of 100mg test prop & 100mg mastron eod.also 400mg week of eq.also 30mg day anavar.looking to make lean gains.what grams of protein & carbs & fat do i need to make gains with out fat.thanks guys for any input.also useing LBA'S.

Pretty hard (as in impossible for most) to gain just muscle and no fat unless yuo REALLY know what yuo're doing and how yuor body responds to AAS/diet/training combinations.

I'd recommend around 1.5 grams per pound of bodyweight on the protein when cycling - the carbs get trickier becuase now it's about total grams, BUT also simple vs complex. Excess carbs and protein WILL intraconvert in the liver to fats if yuor diet and training aren't matched up.

thanks,dad for input.i know you will add some fat when bulking just try to lean up the stomach.taking in about 300gm of protein now.

I'd do 350-400g of protein and monitor BF weekly, adjusting carbs accordingly. If your BF is raising, cut carbs from your last meal or the last 2 meals of the day.
