Alright, some of you might laugh at this and call me a pussy but I'm going to ask. We just got a hex / shrug bar. Is it good to do deadlifts with these. I love deadlifts and the benefits of them, but they they tear my shins up pretty bad. Am I better off using this or is it one of those girly things?
