does slin need to b lept in the fridge at all times ? Say if i left it out for 2 weeks would it b destroyed or damaged ?

It depends on the envionment you left it in.

Indoors in an air conditioned environment it's probably fine.

Outside in the car on a 100+ degree day, it's garbage.

If it has been exposed to temperatures above 90 degrees for anything longer then a couple of days it is probably damaged.
