HEY man tryed your workout today for chest -shoulders - triceps.wanted to try something new.i am bad about getting stuck in one workout.did not take very long to do it and did not have much of a pump.i know you know your shit.just want to do it wright.i am sure it will get harder as i go up in weight or reps.my past workout have been 4-set of 8-10 reps.and i do more movements.i like getting in and out of the gym faster with this workout.just looking for any input that i my need.i am 39 years old been lifting all my life.
5'11" 233lbs today.5-weeks into cycle started at 220lbs.

If you did not get a pump and you were not totally wiped out, you did not do it right.

Read the instructions again.
Follow the correct tempo and weight/rep schedule and fail physically, not mentally. If done correctly, this is th emost brutal workout you have ever done.
