first glute injections- help

Hi guys this is my first real cycle im trying I have sustanon and deca and planning to go lightly and take 2ml of each once a week does this sound ok ? and secondly is there an easy way of pushing the first needle in ive gone to do it twice now and keep second guessing myself { ive looked up where to put it } any help would be great thanks

I personally don't have a problem with Sust being your first cycle roid. Nor do I have a problem with once a week injects. I have done this same cycle many times over. I am not a hardcore bodybuilder so I really don't need that much juice. I can get by nicely on 500S and 400D onec a week very easily. And my blood levels have been fine. Other folks may say a single esther should be done first, but hey to each is own.

If you are to chicken to do the first one, then have someone do it for you. Your first inject will always be the hardest! Believe me we have all been there. But once you get it over with you will be pinning yourself like mad for a long time to come! hahaha then you'll see how silly it was to be scared of that first inject!

It honestly doesn't hurt, especially the glute. Just make sure to change the pin after drawing so it's good and sharp for injection. What I do is kind of sit halfway on my bathroom sink so my glute is pushed up and not tensed in any way, then find the spot and poke.

I just put the needle on my glute and just hold it there for a second dont push it in just let the end of it touch your skin. Then slowly apply pressure. It will start to go in and you will see it doesnt hurt as bad as you thought it would. Just go slow and you will be fine.

TWo things, when you draw up (as bitlz said) change the pin to a fresh one. Once you poke it in make damn sure you aspirate before you inject. if you draw back blood in the syringe then pull back and move it a bit. You do not want to inject in a vein. If you draw back ang get a little air bubble then go ahead. it really is easy just get on with it and be careful.
