critique my cycle please

Hey everyone thanks for help,

I am currently taking sust and test-cyp. This is my first cycle so going with 500mg/week.

I am doing 250mg on monday and 250mg on Thursday.

But I currently mix the two injections together so I take .5ml out of the sustanon vial and .5ml out of the test-cyp bottle so I get 1ml = 250mg .
I Inject this twice a week.

Does this sound alright or should i just do 250 test cyp in 1 inject and 250 sustanon in another inject.

The dose sounds ok,however i would take it 1-day on 4-days off,for weeks 1-4,then do weeks 4,5,6-up the dose a bit,then drop GRADUALLY for the last 2-3 weeks,then do your pct.(watch the gyno after 4-5 weeks,so you might need an anti estrogen).

Actaully, yuo don't need to drop gradually or do any sort of "tapering."

This is an idea that isn't necessary becuase AAS are metabolised according to what termed First Order Kinetics. This means they have a half-life, and as each half-life goes by the drug remaining is reduced by half.

So, for example, yuo're taking 500 mg of test a week. Test Cyp has a half-life of 8 days. This means 8 days after yuor last shot, the drug in yuor body is now 250 mg. Eight days after that it is 125 mg, and so on as each 8 day half-life goes by. If we drew a graph of this relative to time, it would be an exponential, downward-sloping curve. Thus the drug tapres all on its own due to this First Order Kinetics. It would be the same with orals because it depends on the drug, not it's route of administration.

You can mix the two or just use one or the other. Does not make a hell of a lot of difference since sust has cyp also. test is test. The only factor is the ester and it's half life. No need to taper just get on and go. run your cycle then do your pct.
