PCT Advise

I recently bought Nolva and AI so I would have it on hand, im about week 5 into my Sust/Test-CYP cycle, doing 250mg TEST-cyp/week, and 250mg Sustanon/week, I am doing 1 bottle of each, Im probably gonna start PCT 3 weeks after last inject, how does this sound? what dosage should I start the nolva and AI on.

Nova & Arimidex

Hey bro some say 1 week after some say day after injection,totaly up to you. I would do a PCT for 6 weeks 20 mil Nova and 0.5 arimidex each day your LH levels will stimulate your nutz back , Not sure how your nutz are but if they are shrunk or smaller you may need some hcg but deplends on your nutz you can never over do a PCT imho.

All so with the HCG smaller dose is better , Some say it can stop your ligi cells in your nuts if you over do it , Never meet any guys in the gym who have done this tho. If you know Hooker he done a really good post on it do a search on google and it should come up. Best of luck
