need some help with pct please.
im going to start a course soon:- 750mg test e per week
400mg deca per week
40 mg d/bol ed
will be running this for 16 weeks. wot and when do i take for pct? do i need to do anything mid cycle? thanks very much for your help.
been traing for 5 years now 26 y/o 10% bf 83kg
done 2 little courses in the past but they were nothing really. like to think i will be eating enough............320 protein 3-400 carbs. all help appriciated
