Just about to start my first cycle, 500mg test, 20mg dbol 20mg winstrol.
Just wondering what a good 5 day workout plan would be, or if you would suggest a different one. Currently it looks like this:
Mon - Chest (Flat, Incline, Decline, some others)
Tues - Back
Wed - Legs
Thurs - Shoulders
Fri - Arms
I have read the growth principles and the workout Big A posted there as a guideline, but just wondering what other starting workouts people would recommend. Some advice would be appreciated, want to get the biggest size possible from this. Thanks!
