Is it possible to put together a decent cycle using the following:

2500mg test e
3000mg deca
+any legal OTC supps

???

Only previous cycle was 500mg test e/wk for 10 weeks with Dbol for 1 month at 30mg/day. I am concerned that a 4-6 wk cycle would not be long enough with these esters and on a 10 wk cycle the doses would not be high enough to do anything other than shut down natural test production.

You need more test, deca is good for 10 but you will need to double the test!
