I have read that if your bf is over 10%, winstrol is a waste of money. I am 36, 5'10 and 185lbs (about 19% bf) and would like to lose about 10-15lbs and get cut and not that interested in gaining a lot of mass. I prefer orals.

i think you could lose the 10-15 lbs if you just get your diet down and cardio..

If your bf% is 19% at only 185lbs,I think your going to have to lose more than 10-15lbs if you want to be cut.You will only look cut when you get down towards 10% bf.

winny wont cut bodyfat, that is a big misunderstanding people have. You need to get your bf% down to at least 10% then you can take winny to help keep muscle size and hardness but you have to be on a cut diet or its a waste IMO.
