2nd cycle, I'm extremely estrogen prone, how does the PCT look?

6'1, 238 lbs @ ~10% bf, I'm looking at running a Test only cycle along these lines:

10 weeks of Test-E, 500 mg a week(injected twice a week)
.25 MG Arimidex every day of the 10 week cycle
Weeks 11-12 off since its ethanate
Then starting week 13, about ten to fourteen days of 40mg Nolvadex daily, followed by ~3 weeks of 20 mg Nolvadex daily, followed by 10mg a day until I run out of the leftovers

I am seriously estrogen prone so I'm looking to prevent Gyno hardcore here, does this cycle look good for a second go around?

with 500 mg test per week, if you will be runing anastrazole on cycle you may no need nolvadex at all.

Seriose side effect of nolvadex is that nolvadex acting in liver as true estrogen and will rise your SHBG, and that way neutrilise action of your own testosterone. More troubles then benefite.
