Looks reasonable. I would start day 1 on day 7 instead of two rest days. So 2 on 1 off and so on!

Hey how's it going bro. Your workouts are very similar to mine, but I would go with oldfella's suggestion and do a 2 on, 1 off routine. One thing I would do is switch up day 2 with day 4 and work bi's with chest, and tri's with back. If you work your chest hard enough, your tri's will already be good and pumped by the end of the workout and if you attempt to work them in the same session there's a good chance that you will overtrain them, same thing with bi's and back.
