Here is my bulking up diet, please give your opinion and let's try to improve it



morning - 100 gr oats with orange juice, 100 gr banana, vitaminic complex

mid-morning- 100 gr rice (measured out before coking), 100 gr chicken (or another lean meat), 50 gr peanut, 100 gr apple

midday - 200 gr rice (measured out before coking), 300 gr chicken, 100 gr vegetables, vitaminic complex

afternoon - 100 gr rice (measured out before coking), 100 gr chicken

post-workout - 50 gr whey protein, 50 gr vitargo

night - 300 gr tuna, 15 gr olive oil




1000 gr = 1 kg = 2.2 lb

Not enough protein!! overall I will be surprised if you actually make serious gains on this. It looks like a cutting diet to me!! Where's the veggies? You need to search here and find some examples of real bulking diets, you have missed the boat here!!
 
your first meal of the day contains no protein? also, i dont see the need to take in any oils. Your eating the peanut butter and beleive me, thats fattening enough.
People are just in love with the high fat diets and the bulking thing. Is it working? This diet is heading in the wrong direction in my opinion.

Yeah, I don't agree this diet too...that's why I asked for opinion; it's a diet from my old personal trainer. I'm trying to learn a lot about the "american methods" of bodybuilding here, for example today and yesterday when I saw the bulking up diets you do; here in Spain nobody does something similar... I want to probe these 7000 kcal and 500 gr diets; for me it sounds really crazy!I've achieved about 210 lb for 5'6'' with diets like the one I've posted, so now I can know how long can I really go with these hardcore diets

Moreover, your calorie intake is small for mass gain, go for more calories.
