hi i am new to this and was looking for advise and info. I just purchased Clomid, D-Bol, and Sustamed-250. I am 6'2'' and weigh 160. I just want to get bigger. Twenty pounds would be awesome. I am just sick of being skinny.

I am 29 with some lifting experience. Very active.

I am going to be honest with you. You are miles from where you need to be before you pick up steroids. At 6 ft 2, 160 lbs you need to gain at least another 40-60 lbs naturally.

The reason your not gaining is that your diet sucks. you need to figure out what your eating and address your intake of food so you can begin to gain naturally. If your sick of being skinny, EAT MORE. and if that does not work, EAT EVEN MORE. There are many many theads on diet and food consumption. read up, go shopping AND START TO EAT. You will be amazed and what food can do. here is a good place to learn www.fitday.com. its free to join.

Also, you have "some lifting experience". Steroids should be used by people who have a solid 5 years or more of actual "weekly hard core sweaty ache after busting your ass" lifting experience. based on what you said, you really have not put in any time/effort at the gym.

Sounds to me your looking for a quick fix. You know, take some steroids, get big, that type of thing. If it were only thats easy, every guy would look big and cut.

here is the only cycle I reccommend:

wk 1-52 Eat like a HORSE and train heavy with proper form
wk 52-103 see week 1-52

Like I said you will be amazed at what proper diet and actual hard work in the gym can produce. Stop looking for a short cut and start busting your ass and eating properly.

I'll second that, if your diet maintains you at 160 how do you think a cycle is gonna make you bigger. They are not magic! Even if you were to put on some size while on cycle as soon as you went back to doin what your doin you would go right back down to 160.

Josh I hope you take this in, This is a great post for you to follow. This is a long haul proposition, no shortcuts and no quicker way. You will make huge progress with proper nutrition and training first. Please listen!!;)
 
Listen to these guys friend! Probably the hardest part of training is just getting enough food down.
Training only lasts an hour or so but the planing, preparing, and just the endless shoveling of food is whats difficult. :)
 
I'm gonna' add this: Read the Board Rules!

Yuo can NOT ask for cycle set-ups.
