Finished my first cycle recently done 500mg test-e a week for ten weeks with clomid for pct. Gained and maintained well. Wondering what do people recommend as a second cycle?
 
In my own experience I ended up running the same test e cycle again for my 2nd cycle, I went for 12 weeks instead of 8 weeks, as I felt that I was seeing the most results after week 6, the things I did different was adjust diet and training to maximize my gains beyond that of the first cycle.

Just my opinion on things, instead of just looking to add more compounds, if you think there is nothing really to improve on training, diet wise during your next cycle, you could try upping the test to 600mg or maybe add in something like deca or EQ at 300-400mg a week.
 
If the first one went well why change? The problem and hazard here is the mentality of if one compound did this for me, then two or three must be better. NO IT IS NOT! If the one worked well for you and you have had a good break, and wish to do it again, stick with what worked!

Your wisdom astounds me oldfella. Just giving you props. They are well deserved. Now for my opinion
If you gained well on the first cycle, then on the second do the same. There is no need to up the dose or the compounds until you stop gaining from the lowest possible dose. And unless this is your lively hood....meaning how you support your self and or family.....why even take high doses, or multiple compounds. If your not going to compete, or go pro....why risk your longterm health or quality of life. Don't get me wrong i have cycled. With the lowest possible dose, and had great results. But i will never be pro. So why take 1000mg of test plus 50mg d-bol kickstart, and tren, and or winny, or whatever else some people take???????????? Do whats best for you. Just my opinion. :D
