Lower back pain....

The day after a shot of Test E I get some lower back pain that almost feels like Dbol back pump. Anyone know what would cause this? I've tried all kings of test e from ICN to Tornel and this is the only time this has happened.

C'mon I cant be the only one this ever happened too. Maybe i'll try to cut it and filter it .
