So I just recently started this job roofing houses. It's very crucial work! Anyways I took a couple weeks off from the gym so I could adapt to the type of work I'd be doing and keep from overworking myself. I've been back in the gym for a couple weeks now, and to my surprise, I haven't lost any strength really and I'm a bit leaner(I've came down 5lbs.). I was curious as to when you guys would fit in legs if you were doing this kind of work? I mean, I get a really good leg workout at work, but it's repititious lifting of lighter weight. Also, I'm loving being a lot leaner. The only problem is the work is going to start slowing down dramatically this coming week, and I'm no sure how consistent it will be after that. To keep this leaner look should I just throw in cardio in the mornings that I'm not working? What are you guy's opinions? Thanks -StOrY
