i'm about 4 weeks into my cycle and i am noticing that my left pec has a swollen lump in it.(about the size of the tip of my pinky) was wondering if anyone would have and advice on what it is or what i should do!

Is sounds like it might be time to break out the Nolvadex (Tamoxifen Citrate). Do a search through this site if you need more help.

If it is under your nip its one thing - somewhere else and it could be a cyst...
I have read that Letro works best at halting and even reversing Gyno - but I also have read that it takes a while to build up levels in your system.
