Im about 175 cms tall weigh 90 kg havent had my body fat done since last cycle i got down to about 10 -11 % was looking good my last cycle was 500mg of test e and 250 mg of tren and 200 deca a week . it was great gained about 12 kg of muscle and stayed lean . the only crazy thin was the night sweats i got from tren . anyways this is my 3rd cycle this is how i want it too look like. all suggestions and opinions are welcome.

Week 1 to 4 - Test p 50 mg EOD which is like 175mg a week, Dbols 20
to 40mg ED, Test E 750mg per week, Deca 200mg a week.

Week 4 to 10 - Test E 750 & tren A @ 50 to 75mg eod & Deca 200mg a week

Week 10 to 12 - Test E 750 & Deca 200mg a week

Week 12 to 14 - Test E 750 & Test P 175 a week

wee 14 to 16 - Test P 500 a week , and 500 iu of HCG twice a week

2-3 days after last inject i start Nolva 60/40/20/20/20 and Clomid
100/100/50/50 Also going to take tribulus , testofen , fishoil, ZMA and an OTC product called "Attitude" which helps stimulate natural testosterone and lower SHBG.
 
Wow, Get ready for some critiques all right. Read the rules of the board. This is far from appropriate, especially for a first post.
 
Just read all the rules. Plus:
No one knows who you are. No one knows your stats, age, weight, yrs training, etc.
 
my age is 21 i have 4 years of training experience behind me .the rest is covered in my first thread thanks mate
 
Your 21, and this is your 3rd cycle?:eek: Bro, do you want to last at all? I knew huge guys who take 1/2 the dose. You are on an unhealthy collision course. back off these doseages, and give us the whole picture. You forgot to mention the most important part of this picture, your nutrition! List that, and then we can probally help you more.
 
I would not consider this cycle to be all that bad IF you are a 260lb IFBB PRO! If you arent, then no matter what your cycle history, its just too much.
plus at 21 your nowhere near ready to even think about AAS use. I made the same mistakes and now at 28 im on doctor prescribed HRT, thats insane at 28, and im on it becuase i made alot of mistakes way too young. why dont we take a look at your diet and training, with all the knowledge on this board im sure we can get you growing without the AAS. now im not saying this is a safer suggestion but if you dead set on it why not look into prohormones, theres alot of guys on here that swear by them and will attest to the fact that they work just as well. IMO not the best option either, but as long as you stay off the ASS for at least the next 9 yrs your gonna save yourself alot of frustration with health issues. the most i would suffest is for you is something like tribulus. as for other products, look into LBA's, BCAA's, creatine, a good protien shake, and diet diet diet.

Way too much gear... If the last cycle worked well why increase dose????

Dude this it way too much gear for someone of only 3 cycles,imo.
There is a few things with your previous cycles that shows me you should read and reasearch a little more before making another cycle up for yourself.
Not trying to be an ass , just trying to help.
Please read a little more and take some advise of some of the vets of this board.:eek:
 
Ok I'll save dad the trouble here.....too much........too many and I would not run tren and deca in the same cycle at the same time. as above have stated why do you seem to think that more is better. less is better. I know plenty of guys on 250mg/wk of test only making incredible progress!!! No orals, no shopping trolly full of shit. Just test and they are getting plrenty gig and plenty strong. They have all their little duckies in a row and know how to train.

I agree with Oldella too. I also would drop the Test Prop and just stick with Enathate. More importantly what's your diet like? If you're not consuming 4,000 cals a day and 400 grams of protein you just wasted your money as far as I'm concerned. You need to read Big A's post on bulking. Gavin Kane has a good post on bulking as well.
 
Ok guys i understand where use r coming from ... Im thinking about just running a basic Test P cycle 150mg EOD for 12 week i knows it alot of jabs .But for some reason on test e i get really bloated . My supplier is unable to get arimidex anytime soon. . I will finish this cycle with standard pct protocol like Nolva 40/40/20/20 Clomid 100/50/50/50. Do you guys think thats good enough ?? what about throwing some long ester deca in at say 400mg ?? or mayb EQ @ 400mgs let me know what u guys think

If you got the great results you did last cycle then you dont need to increase what you do this next time around. Just stay with what worked last time. You could get adex at a online research site as a liquid. As others have said, they cycles you show here though are rather high for someone at your level and not really needed. Why expose your body to that if its not needed? Its overkill, and not likely to produce any better results than a more modest one.
 
My first two cycles I ran test, eq, and d-bol...This time I am using just test and concentrating more on diet and I will tell you my results are far better than before. I would listen to the others, you do not need all that crap in your system, just concentrate more on your diet, you have plenty of time to meet your goals. Just my 2 cents.
