Lump after Inject?

I am on my 10th week of Test E @ 250 per week. I just shot my right quad with 25g pin. I noticed it was painful going in this time- as I pulled out there was a "spurt" of blood. I aspirated and saw nothing so I don't think I hit a vein. Maybe I passed through one? Now there is a lump that feels right under the skin and a little painful?

Can anyone tell me what happened?

Could have hit a nerve, blood vessel, or maybe you just injected too fast. Could be anything.

im gonna agree with ouch on this one. one other possibility is its an abcess. id keep an eye on it, if it gets bigger and hurts more, go see a doc. i had a freind that had one the size of a baseball taken out of his ass cheek.

K, its been less than 24 hours and the lump is gone- its just a little sore now as in "normal soreness". I think I just passed through a vein, but I am still watching it.

Is there anything you can do to avoid passing through a vein?
