I want to gain muscle in a 9 mnth time frame starting July20 an only getting off once around xmass. id be running test for 9mnth straight around 300 never going at a higher dosage. Also using eq..
 
Training history - size and body comp - goals - diet. These are all needed......

If you stick to the same dose the whole time, you will peak WAY before 9 months. It is best to start low, then when you peak with that, then add/change something, and so forth.

No one can really advise you without knowing your history, training, diet, goals.

If you are one of those guys who has never put effort and seen years of results naturally, you should not be on AAS. If you are younger than 25, you should not be on AAS. I could go on, but I won't.

If you truly want help, we will try, but don't get pissed off if we do not recommend what you are seeking...
 
5 years serious training natural. Running around 7.5 percent bodyfat dont want to go over 10 percent. 26 years of age weight is at 178.

I am not trying to pick on you, but you must rather short to be only 178 with 5 years of serious natural training.

Remember ONE thing...if you can't grow natural, AAS will not help you, it will do more harm than good.

Post your diet and training and we will try to help. If you really want to do this right, I HIGHLY recommend you hire one of the boards personal trainers. Phil Hernon and Alex are wonderful professional trainers and will get you results!

9 months is ridiculous. Is there even any basis as to why this time duration was chosen or was it random?

Not being mean, but not sure why so many people want to create their own cycle times and not just follow standard, proven, and far safer durations and cycles.
 
9 months...Pro status????

Ive run four cycles Test only 500mg/wk. Every time I peak about week 8-9. I usually run 12 weeks but Im jumping off after 8. Week 10-12 just seem to add more fat and acne tends to start up.

Cant imagine 9 months...would told you this? Andreas Munzer?
 
bro, i'll give it to you straight:
i was a skinny kid and did juice way too early. too early, and in a very stupid manner. one of the many stupid things was staying "on" way too long. the thing that i dont get with you is that you actually are PLANNING this out. i never planned to stay "on" more than a few months but was always worried about losing my gains (psych problems)and wound up staying on for a year or longer at a time. so, long story little shorter, i f'd my body up. i had serious problems getting my balls working properly, serious loss of sex drive, and now that things are back to normal, i realize how lucky i am cause i know a few guys that will never be right.

unless this is how you earn your living, which it is not, DO NOT stay on for that long. anyway, as others have said, besides the physiological problems you will not make gains after a few months anyway, unless you up your dosage. ...whatever... i could go on for hours...
 
Well the 178 came after much intense dieting and learning nutrion. I dont want to be one of those guys who gets on an has water retention out the wazzu. I want to gain good quality muscle an keep my body within check around 10 percent. An of course I would increase the dosage. I heard that the ticket is to stay on an never get off.
My lifting schedule is
chest/back first day
Quad/ham second day
shoulder/bi/tri
Then begin the next day again with chest/back alternating exercise allowing for mass. Its follows the routine posted on the site about growth principles.
I do cardio 2 times a week around 15 to 20min
Diet consists of 6 meals. 4 supplement shakes 50g protein. An pretty the other meals are eggwhites, chicken, fish, mixed veggies.
 
Also the time frame is in 9mnth because i would like to do a competition in an around that time frame
 
Have you competed before? Do you have a trainer? Do you know what is involved?

He can ask me, and I'll tell him, to change the school he is going too.:D
 
ok, so you actually said that you heard "you should stay on and never get off". obviously you are making a joke of this entire thread and probably laughing at the people who actually took the time to answer you seriously, or you are unbelievably ill-informed.

no very serious about this. I am ill informed when it comes to the usage an I know people on this site have alot of knowledge an have done alot of research to understand it. I have consolated a professional about diet nutrition etc.. My concern was the dosage factor starting at 250 to 300 an staying all the way on up until the competition. But from the feedback im getting you have to get off
 
I don't know man...everyone here knows what theyre talking about and they all seem very shocked to what you wanna do to yourself... think about it.

As for my opinion..if u have never juiced up u should start with one small cycle only Test E see how u react maybe like 8-10 weeks... than u can start figuring more advanced stuff from there.....but everything in life is a choice so whatever u do good luck.
 
The bros on this board are just too nice. Most of the other boards would have just called bullshit and moved on.

In any event, do just a little research on your own. It's called a cycle for a reason. You're planning on putting a foreign substance into your body. Let that sink in for a bit. You need to KNOW what your doing. Plan it out. Think.
