Hiya Buddy, go into your private messages when you log in and there is a control panel on the left of the screen. You can do everything from there, the pic above your user name is called Avatar. Glad to have you here and hope you enjoy your stay at the number one muscle board on the net.

How do you post a new thread?

Use the feature to jump to a specific thread located at the lower right side of the page. Select the appropriate forum for the new thread and click on it. That will take you to the first page of the threads. Open it and then you will see the icon for starting a new thread in that forum. Hope that helps.
