I workout twice a day, about an hour each session. I do allow adequate amount of time to pass before going to the gym usually. 9-12 hours. I am only working one muscle group per session.

I am on Test Enanthate using a kickstart.

My concern is the wear and tear I put on my CNS and adrenal glands. I have L-Tyrosine which I supplement at 2x1,000mg Pre-workout. Is there anything else that can aid in my worries?

Sleep? I don't know, but I find that if I train on back to back days, my CNS just isn't there for the second day. I don't think I could ever get away with double sessions.
 
B vitamins, especially B12 are used by your body to repair neurons. That should help your CNS quite a bit. also, heavy amounts of B vitamins are also a nice pick-me-up. gives me more of a boost than a cup of coffee for sure.
