Hello all you guys. I know I don't have many post but this is the only forum that I enjoy reading, And I'm reading it every time I can.

After reading a lot. I thought about starting my first cycle.
Stats
25 years
85 kilos
bodyfat might be around 12%
Training for 3 years

Cycle:
250mg Test E EW for 10 weeks
Letro 1.25mg EOD just to keep any possibel gyno away for 10 weeks.

For PCT I'm going to do Tamoxifen

Just pinned myself today, I was kid of scared shaking all over. But then my girlfriend just told me. "fucking do it" I pinned it and it was so smoth that I didn't fell it, all the way in. Aspirate, no blood, slowly all the gear in. And it was totally fine. My ass is a bit sore.

Just tell me your opinion.

I'll try to make this post into my personal log so I can keep you guys updated and for me to have some idea of what I've been doing. About diet and training.

i think its a reasonable cycle id just have liked to see you wait a few more years before taking that kind of plunge. if i was you id have saved the money on the gear and hired phil, let him at your genetics for a while. ive used gear and now instead of that im going to spend the money on phil.
 
Well no point in giving you the "You should wait lecture" LOL. At least your cycle is sensable. Should do well with that!!
 
Thanks for the input the guys. The placebo effect is already comming I had a bad night of sleep my ass is hurting a little bit.

i still say if you want to get the most out of it get with a trainer. i keep trying to search for the pieces of this puzzle on my own only to realize that i dont even know where to start looking. thats where a trainer comes in. im sure your working hard and eating as best as you know how, and your smart enough to keep the cycle reasonable, i say top it off and get the best gains you possible can. good luck and if we can help you out let us know...oh how about some before and after pics.
 
dont be afraid. shots hurt. every time. just make sure they begin to feel better at some point to insure you are ok. most of us have a doctor or someone close to us who can cheek blood, blood pressure, liver tox, everything on a day to day basis but I bet its just you and your girl at this point. she is right to tell you "just do it!" try to get it down to the same time frame as a fecal evacuation and after that as fast a quick pee, door shut, without her even knowing. just show her the effects on your body and mind and keep all other details to yourself and this board if necessary. always tell her when you are on or off so she can be a better evaluator of your dumb ass. I recommend you work your ass off in the gym to get your $moneys$ worth. otherwise your just stickin a pin and shooting liquid currency in your ass.

glad to see you didnt go nuts and stack 5 types of gear for your first cycle.
i am amazed and horrified at the amount of gear guys take for there 1st cycle or there 10th for that matter. less is more. O if you get the chance hook up with a nurse. my wife is a nurse and gives the best shots no pain ever. keep us updated on ur gains.
 
Hello guys. Everyting is going good. My ass was hurting a bit but now is okay.
In the gym I've been working hard and eating as good as I can.
My train is like this:

Day 1
Shoulder/Leg

Day2
Back/Tricep

Day3
Chest/Bicep

Day4
Calves/harmstrings/Abs/Cardio(20min)

Day5
Cardio

Day6
Calves/Abs/Traps/Cardio(20min)

Day7
Rest

What do you guys think about it ??

Stay consistant with what you do so that you can relate any changes to what you are doing differently to better fine tune yourself. If you feel like you have a solid handle on your test intake and how you are responding to it you could pin your 250 every five days or however you want to do it just so that you come closer to 500mg ew to ten days.

Yes, I'm still wating for the test to kick in. I'm taking letro as I told you guys to prevent any gyno as well. The placebo effect is working because now I can put more weigh in the gym in exercises I never thought I would do so... :p

The reason why I'm doing cardio 3 times a weeks is to see if I can get my body fat down a bit and look better.

Just finnished my workout. When pretty well.
I'm eating now my 2 meal: tuna+milk+banana+maizena(do you guys now what it is?)

My today's workout:

Palms-Down Wrist Curl Over A Bench 12 10 9 8
Palms-Up Barbell Wrist Curl Over A Bench 12 10 9 8
Reverse Barbell Preacher Curls 12 10 9 8
Rocking Standing Calf Raise 15 15 15 15
Barbell Seated Calf Raise 15 15 15 15

ABS 25 25 25 25

plus 20 mins cardio

Good morning everyone, I'm just going to have my first meal and then go for 20 min cardio.

the only advice id give you at this point is to get the most out of this cycle make big compound movements the staple of your workouts. the test is going to give you an increased ability to recover as long as your getting all the nutrition you need. if your bench dead lift and squat go up 50 lbs for the same number of reps youll notice a considerable size difference...think about it a stronger muscle is a bigger muscle. work your lifts hard, and eat right, and youl be verry happy with the results.
 
So today I had my normal meals, at the momment I'm at home resting (eheh) I'll get my ass to the gym in a couple of hours.
I've been felling good. No problems.

I'm a bit concern about test flood, how is it ? (for the guys that had it)
