I joined yet another group of social deviants about 6 weeks ago.
Here's my stats as of this morning:
age 25
height 6'0
weight 198 lbs
body fat - i have to order some calipers cuz right now I have no idea
i have worked out off and on since early high school, but I have been consistently going for about 2.5 years now. Started out at 150 lbs (I have the skinny ankles and wrists to prove it!) and hit the proverbially wall last spring at around 190 lbs.
Here's my cycle
weeks 1-4 20mg dbol ed
weeks 4-6 30mg dbol ed
weeks 4-12 125mg Sust250 eod
thought i would do the dbol only to see how i felt, then add in the Test later. I could separate my reaction to each that way and stretch my cycle to 16 weeks, which should help me adjust to the weight a bit better. I thought it made perfect sense. Some of you might tell its the stupidest thing you've ever heard, in which case, I likely won't do it again.
and i know sust250 has kinda fallen out of favour with some, but beggars cannot be choosers.
... and my laptop just ran out of power while i was on the can. hate when that happens ...
my diet is tight. not too concerned about fat, just eating as much as I can, which is a lot. i am in the 4,500 cal range at present. and around 1.5g/lb of protein and plenty of carbs.
so far I have to say aas comes as advertised. i blew away all my personal bests this past week. i have lots of energy in the gym and probably my favorite benefit is that I can still function properly out of the gym. back in my honest days, I would be too drained to focus on other tasks.
first needle was a gong show. i have a much better handle on it now. sides haven't been too bad ... i feel like i have blue balls at parts during the day, i get a little bit of bruising around the injection site (am I moving the needle around too much when its in my ass?), and my stomach has bothered me from time to time. i don't know if its just the volume of food or the dbols.
i have lots and lots of questions and ill use this thread to ask most of em.
test aides in recovery. am I ok to shorten my splits a bit while im on? I usually take 7, sometimes 8, days to rest each muscle group. recovery is usually a big issue for me. if i haven't been paying attention i'll notice i am getting pretty overtrained when i start forgetting shit at the gym or zone out when someone is taking to me.
is working the muscle more in a shorter peroid a more effective approach on a cycle... or resting the same amount as you normally would? normal being a relative term.
