Hey guys I did some searching on the subject and haven't turned up anything so far, but I'm going to continue researching.
What do you guys recommend for gear (if anything) for the cardio realm... sprint distance running (3miles and less).
I'm looking to heal faster and gain a cardiovascular edge... increased stamina and endurance plus more power.
I've lifted pretty much all my life since highschool and 5'6'' @ 180 doesn't really lend itself to running much... trying to change up my physiology a little but the healing is slow and little minor injuries related to running are hindering me. Heal heal heal... this is what I'm looking for. What are all the big track stars using?
