I've had pnuemonia for almost three weeks. Went to my Doc and have been on some nasty antibiotics. I'm starting to feel better. I lost 13 pounds while sick and am itching to get back in the gym. Does anyone recommend how long to wait before returning to my happy place?
Thanks for the advice. I think one more week and I should be able to start back in. My diet has suffered as well as a lot of other things. I'm really bummed about my weight loss. I'm starting to pick it back up slowly.
Anyone have any advice on diets to regain what I've lost.
Start eating small cows? Buffalos?

Try to make your portion sizes smaller so you can eat more often. And as others have said, get the all clear from your doc before resuming gym work. You do not want a relapse!!!Tried to get back on the 6 meal a day and lost it after my 4th. It's going to be a slow process. Ahh well.
Your right about looking a little better. After all the hacking and weight loss my abs are starting to pop.
I really appreciate all thy advice. Makes me feel good to know someone out there takes an interest.
