Im almost off my cycle of Test. I tried once to loose fat and keep muscle with control. I failed miserably, it was disastrous truthfully. The Palumbo diet is not for me. Im a Meso/Endo.

Naturally, i'd be fat. The gym/diet gives me a balance.

My only plan towards cutting is my overall calorie intake -15% and load my diet with BCAA

Im currently 220 on cycle and still growing from 185. My maint. is about 3200/cals ED.

I definitely need some help.

Ive heard very little on Anavar / Clen cycles?
 
We need more info about you.
Age, years lifting, current training program, current nutrition program, current recovery program, gear history, BF% etc, etc.
A photo would help.
And most importantly - to keep in line with the board rules - lay out what you are thinking about and we can make critiques.
 
Thanks Quad for reaching out. My cutting regimens have proved to be unsuccessful because family members go "why do you get big then loose weight" because I loose everything.

As for you're questions

21, 4 years.
Training is 4 sets of 6-7 reps. Heavy.
Nutrition in a bulking phase.
150g carb/50g-65g protein
6 meals a day.
I have to hit around 220.
Its hard to tell where i mat cause of my cycle. Im bloated. But i'll say 16%
Will begin recovery in 3 weeks from test E 500mg/ew(first cycle)
220lb currently. I was 185ish on cycle. My phones camera is messed up, and I have a recent picture I took with my girls camera.

Here you go, this is about as recent as I can get. My towel almost fell off, sucks for you guys. haha

Quick & dirty

Here's a quick and dirty / seat of the pants get going for you.
40-50g protein per meal
Descending carbs through the day, 1st meal 80g, 2nd meal 60g, 3rd meal 40g, 4th meal 20g - all carbs except PWO to be low glycemic. No carbs (other than veggies) meals 5 & 6.
10-15g / day quality fish oil, the rest should come from olive oil or natural peanut butter. Try and get most of these in meals 5 & 6.
Cardio? Did you mention Cardio? 45min to 1 hr a day on your favorite machine or outdoors.
BTW try 1/2 - 2/3 as much supplement next time. You are too young to start over to the dark side - but too late now. More is not better.
Blood work? If you are going to experiment, you need to check your results.

Yeah, 21 may be close to young. Hell, most of us that are here now started the same way but, I understand. blood work will be done soon and I have no problem posting results. I wont just say I did and say everything was fine. 500mg test E was to much?
