I came across some humulin r for a great price (free!) and have been wanting to try insulin for a while. I have done my homework on this and there are a few cycle options I have looked at, one is just 10IU post work out with a huge shake... the next is 10IU 3 times a day.... one in the AM followed by a shake, then shake two hours later, one at around lunch, followed by a shake and another 2 hours later, then one post workout followed by a huge shake, and then another huge shake 2 hours later...
these both sound like solid cycles, but they do not say how long to run them! I do not want to give myself diabetes... I have read one place run it for a month 2 times a year.
anyone with EXPERIENCE have any say on this?
