ok i know it would wise of me to hire phil or another great trainer, but i am currently broke and trying to get a fulltime job.. now that i have finished school...

heres my situation...
i eat a good amount of chicken, fish and red meat throughout the day.
I try not to go to heavy on my carbs, or fat, and I drink plenty of water.. heres my problem...
i try and consume 2000-2500 calories..
i am trying to lose weight.
I have good sucess when i use like hydroxycut hardcore.. i shred weight.. but then i seem to always be hungry when i come off of it.
I never get full off fish or chicken...
i also do atleast a 1 hr split workout and 30 minutes of cardio..
current stats 200 lbs 5'11
i want to be around 175-180lbs

can someone please gve me some tips.. i will also continue to browse the forum...
 
At 5-11, to be 175 you would be pretty damn scrawny. I don't think you would have much muscle mass at all. I would recommend cardio only, and cut carbs.
 
You don't need to lose weight, you need to change your body composition.
