Ok
So i was chosen as a semi finalist for the Bodyspace and Iron Man spokesmodel contest. I had been bulkin up before i new i made it so i put on some fat haha
currently 12.5%
the rest of my competition is 5-8%
id i make it to the finals i have about 6 weeks to get as lean as i can
Stats:
5'5
163
12.5% BF
for the diet i have put this together

I have been DC training so im keeping my protein high
my only confusion is dietary fats
some say keep em high
some say low
some say high on low carb days
i dont know!
for cardio im doing LI before breakfast and/or post training 5 days a week
with a HIIT session on saturdays
i am type 1 diabetic so i kind of have to keep my diet clean so it is 99% of the time.
and becuase i am diabetic i can have total control of insulin so i could potentially kill fat gain and keep it burning if i get my nutrition dialed in
any help is greatly appreciated
