blood work question

Before my first cycle I want to get some blood work done. Should I go to my family doctor and have this done or make an appt with an endo? I am not sure if I can see a specialist before I see my family doctor but I will find out.
Anyway, I need input on what all tests I should have done.
Here is my list so far:
testosterone
free testosterone
estrogen
cholesterol
????

You want to monitor more then just test levels. I would also get CBC, HEPATIC PANEL, LIPID PANEL, THYROID, PSA. There is no need to see a specialist. You can even just get an order from http://www.directlabs.com/ for labs.

Some health insurance requires a referral to see a specialist. But your family doc can do the order for the blood work.
