random bruising

guys i recently noticed some bruising that started on my inside thigh and it has started to spread over a couple of days, i never hit it there anything and heard it could be busted capriallys? anybody ever had random bruising and is a big concern and worth goin to a doc?

Ive pulled a muscle before and had that kind of bruising. The pull barely hurt too and the area looked like hell. Perhaps you have a minor strain that ruptured a vessel.

well good to hear im not the only one then, are yalls blood all good and in check, mine was fine just checked a couple of months ago, but gona go to doc tomorow for it actually,

have had this also but i think alot of it is just hitting something and not remembering, i bump my legs alot on the equipment at the gym and believe that is where mine come from.

i notice i wake up a lot to eat and drink perioidically through the night so im always crankin my shins or toes on somehting cuttin corners short being half asleep and shit lol

low iron can cause easy bruising there's plenty of iron supplements you can take

well doc said its just from a slightly pulled muscle when lifting hard, and sometimes you will get a liitle bllod that can spill threw veins and caprilarys even away from the muscle pulled but in the same area, but its nothing
