how is this product? I hear there are different regions which produce this product, such as India and Egypt (Nile)...I'm wondering which is the highest risk for being fake, I understand this can be attributed to the region and there supply of the product...

also is abbott karachi an organon manufactuer, or is that a completely different brand, I keep see'ing this come up. (sorry for the newb quesitons)

Organon manufactures sustanon in the two places you mentioned. While there are many fakes of almost all the human grade gear, you will get what you want from a board source here. They are the same thing, so neither is better than the other.
