I have read from other's experiences and now I have suffered similar results. Basically to be straight-forward:
-Test (clear skin on shoulders)
-PCT (a little acne on shoulders)
-Post PCT (clear skin on shoulders)
-Couple months after PCT (bad acne on shoulders)
I have seen others say the same with similar area of body in terms of acne. It is the result of a rebound effect of test levels? Like say when on, levels are extremely high, then during PCT, they will go under normal levels, then Post PCT and farther down the line, they bounce back up above normal levels cause imbalance in hormones and cause acne specifically on the torso area.
Heard from someone else that acne on the back is a sign of high test levels.
Is this true?
