progesterone deca vs. tren.

So both Deca and Tren are known to cause progesterone related sides. I'm trying to figure out which one would be more prone do doing so.
deca is a 19-nor-testosterone
Tren is 17beta-acetoxy-3-oxoestra-4,9,11-triene however I've seen tren referred to as a 19-nor. why is that.

For some reason I feel like I read somwhere that tren does not actually produce progesterone but that it can activate the receptore even more strongly than actual progesterone.

the short of it is that I'm trying to figure out which of the two is likely to produce more progesterone related sides. the long of it is I want to know why and how that happens. any imput is appretiated.

So I've been looking around to find out a little more on this topic and here is what I've come across so far.

deca: One thing that must be mentioned is the notion nandrolone aromatizes into the female hormone progesterone, this is not entirely true. Nandrolone, being a progestin, directly acts on the progesterone receptor (PgR) without needing to change chemically… fortunately the binding rate to the receptor is fairly low (about 20% of the actual progesterone hormone itself)http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=199884

Tren: One study looking at the bovine uterine progesterone receptor for example found trenbolone to be a very potent binder, startlingly even more so than progesterone itself (4). Another looking at the binding of various compounds to the androgen, estrogen, progestin, mineral corticoid and glucocorticoid receptors found trenbolone to be a more potent binder of the progestin receptor than nandrolone http://www.mesomorphosis.com/articles/llewellyn/trenbolone.htm

From this it would seem that we are not concerned with stoping some kind of aromatization but rather with down regulating the receptor itself.
