So I have slowly been working on a body recomp.I hit the weights, and the cardio. Still eating clean, high calories with massive amounts of protein. My question pertains to focusing mainly on dropping the fat in as quick of a timeframe as possible. Say 15 pounds in a month.

My question is about AAS and dieting. I mean is it safe to assume that going further below my maintenance cals while on a sane dose would allow me the keep most of my hardearned muscle while dropping the fat more rapidly? Due to the anobolics wouldn't i be sparing as much muscle as possible?

While dieting does anyone prefer higher or lower doses? Is it a waste to run higher doses while not consuming massive amounts of food intended for growth? I'm on Hrt so i am blasting, and cruising.

And i know there are some excellent trainers on this board....so please no need to remind me. I know they are very helpfull. I am flying solo for now.
Thanks in advance for any replies.

No need to increase dose unless you are not responding to current doses. To preserve muscle while dieting it is very important to get the ratios of macros in your diet correct. The only way to really do this is by a bit of trial and error. you make an adjustmment in your diet, wait and see how the body responds. If it is not going the way you would like make another adjustment. It is about the quality of your calories as well as the quantity. Your ratios os protein acrbs and fats is what will have you drop fat and spare muscle. The aas will only play a small role in this and yes, will help you if you accidentally drop cals too low for a short period of time.
